5S Program

LEAN Is not a project. It is a way of life.

Currently, The Australian economy is under pressure.

The process of 5S will improve your business, improve productivity and create sustainable growth.

5S includes the following;

  1. Sort - We encourage you to keep only what is required
  2. Set - We encourage you to find a home for all items
  3. Shine - We insist that the work location is clean at all times
  4. Standardise - We drive the one best way of performing a process
  5. Sustain - This is where we challenge you to find ways of becoming even better, faster and cheaper.

We teach the philosophy and embed the new way of thinking in your culture.

Our aim is to make people feel passionate and motivated.

We hand out paint brushes, rollers and old clothes and physically repaint and clean your office environment.  The aim is for the staff to do this, so they feel proud of their efforts and, at the same time, their environment.

We collate the physical waste, clean your PC storage systems, train people in time management and prioritise the critical projects.

If you would like some assistance, please provide us with some background information below or call our office on 03 9509 2089.
