It has been an interesting exercise to analyse what I actually do everyday. The role of Recruitment Coordinator is not one that is easily quantified and not one with a daily routine. No two days are the same - but what does she do all day, I hear you ask?
The process of Recruitment ranges from analysing recruitment needs from various sources to advertising, interviewing and lots of paperwork. When these tasks were put under the microscope initially there were 40 steps. Now with some refining and a good LEAN understanding, I have cut this down to 28 steps.
I am still doing the same job but in a more time efficient way. The processes are easier to follow and my stress levels have been cut down considerably.
