 Executive Management Workshop

We have designed this specifically for leadership teams to come together for a day and challenge the business and walk away with an agreed plan. The Executive group will use our live LEAN Software to assess and challenge process quality, staffing capacity, efficiency levels and importantly the level of waste within the organisation.  Within 7 hours, the Executive Group will have a very good idea on the level of money that could be saved and the level of improvement that can be made. Cost - $2400.00 per person plus GST.

Identify quick wins with our ‘Rapid Forensic Workshop’

This is open to non executive groups where we teach participants you how to quickly assess and determine opportunities for improvement that can be supported internally. We will have the participants focussing on ways to reduce costs, improve efficiency and output, drive standardisation, leverage current talent pool, reduce head count requirements, identify centralisation opportunities and minimise manual labour needs and much more. Cost - $2400.00 per person plus GST.

Create highly streamlined processes with our ‘Process Excellence Workshop’ 

We will teach participants how to assess, cost and analyse existing process quality and develop future streamlined processes. We guarantee that you will learn how to reduce manual steps, costs and time. We will teach how to implement various processing techniques such as batching, centralisation, straight through processing, continuous flow processing and  standardisation. Cost - $1800.00 per person plus GST

Maximise labour costs and leverage talent with our ‘High Performance Talent Workshop’

We will teach participants how to assess, develop and leverage the overall talent pool. The key to success is to have staff become accountable for self development and we discuss the value of just in time servicing to enable teams to create fluid teams that are multiskilled, confident and have a high capacity for change. Cost - $1800.00 per person plus GST.

Minimise head count needs with our ‘Capacity Planning Workshop’ 

We will teach participants you how to assess if you are over or under resourced and determine how to improve service standards. Capacity in all areas requires to be tightly managed and ensure that all participants can assess resource need at any point in time and implement strategies to better leverage costs, complete work in progress with the least amount of cost and leverage job rotations to your advantage. Cost - $1800.00 per person plus GST.

Target waste and reduce costs, time, effort with our ‘8 Waste Elimination Workshop’

We will teach participants what the 8 wastes types are, how to best eliminate them and what to do with that information. We guarantee that participants will learn how to quantify and qualify the following 8 waste types - process, rework, intellect, motion, overproduction, waiting, inventory and transport and by completion of the day have a number of improvement ideas in mind for the organisation to consider. Cost - $1800.00 per person plus GST.

We offer programs where participants must complete work place projects to receive Lean Thinking Company Certification and Swinburne University recognition for prior learning.

Our organisation will meet with you and tailor a program that meets the business need and the role of the individual.

We require to; 

• Select an internal sponsor that can be used to assess internal progress
• Agree on work place projects
• Agree on milestones, check points and completion date
• Agree on performance indicators and measures of success

All participants will learn our LEAN Thinking theory, utilise our online tools and be mentored by our company as required. Certificates and accreditations will be provided to each participant only if the participant can evidence successful application of our principles and techniques and achieved the desired results within the agreed timeframes.  

We offer the following programs;

Green Belt Certification

This is an entry level accreditation program for participants that would like to learn how to identify opportunities for business improvement and create effective change, increase productivity, eliminate waste, reduce costs, improve profit and enhance the customer experience.

We will teach the theory and expect that all participants will successfully complete two selected projects evidencing successful application of the the use of our LEAN principles, tools and methodology.

Participants are required to attend our one day master class and must successfully complete three agreed projects within a three month period. Cost of the program is $3800.00 per person plus GST.

Successful participants will be eligible to proceed and commence our Black Belt Certification Certificate.

Black Belt Certification

This is the advanced accreditation program for participants that would like to learn how to lead large scale projects, change management programs or entering into leadership roles.

Certified Black Belts are leaders of change and are expecting to;

• assess any area
• determine opportunities for improvement
• design solutions
• lead the implementation
• implement controls to promote further improvement
• motivate and progress a culture of continuous improvement
• quantify and qualify all benefit, impact and opportunities for improvement
• identify and minimise any risk types 
• assist leaders with tactical deployment of change

Participants are required to attend our two day master class and must successfully complete three agreed projects within a six month period to gain accreditation. Cost of the program is $5,900.00 per person plus GST.

Successful participants will be eligible to commence our Master Black Belt Certification Certificate. Prior recognised learning and experience will be considered for entry into this program.

Master Black Belt Certification

This accreditation program is for leaders of change that would lead internal improvement teams and deploy large scale change management programs.  

Master Black Belts are essential back bone of the business and key support to Executives as they assist with leading and positioning of a high performance culture.

Certified Master Black Belts can position change and expect them to;

• Assess and lead any internal improvement program
• Assess and design internal controls and performance reporting
• Assess, design, deploy and lead any internal training programs
• Implement LEAN methodology and framework across the organisation and prioritise efforts and return on investment
• Provide Executives with quantified reporting and evidence of cultural transformation
• Provide Executives with quantified reporting and evidence of financial benefits of all projects and improvements
• Develop a team that can derive bottom line benefits for Executive teams
• Consider strategic initiatives that position future business models and structures

Participants are required to attend our three day master class and must successfully complete three agreed projects within a 6 month period. Cost of the program is $9,800.00 per person plus GST.
